That’s what this role is full of.</p><p>We’re supporting a specialist SEN school in South Shields that works with pupils aged 3–16 with a range of needs including autism, speech and language needs, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs.</p><p>They’re looking for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant who brings patience, consistency, and a genuine care for helping young people thrive.</p><p>What your day will look like:</p><p>This isn’t a sit-back-and-observe kind of role.
