<p><strong>Scheduling Coordinator</strong><br><br>Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.<br> <strong>Salary:</strong> £17.53 per hour + holiday pay<br> <strong>Contract:</strong> Full-time (35 hours p/w), temporary until the end of June 2026<br> <strong>Location:</strong> 2-days in Central London, remainder remote<br> We are delighted to be supporting a globally recognised higher education institution in their search for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused coordinator to play a key role in delivering world-class learning programmes.<br> Working within a busy and collaborative environment, you will support the coordination of teaching resources, guest speakers and external partners, helping to ensure programmes are effectively resourced and delivered to a high standard.<br> <strong>Key responsibilities for this role include:</strong><br> <strong>Scheduling & Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinating the scheduling of guest speakers and learning partners across a portfolio of programmes.</li> <li>Supporting the contracting process for external contributors, including speakers, facilitators and suppliers.</li> <li>Managing the onboarding of new suppliers, including procurement setup and system access.</li> <li>Maintaining accurate programme schedules and ensuring all data is input and updated in relevant systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Data, Systems & Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Auditing and monitoring scheduling systems and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.</li> <li>Producing regular reports and supporting analysis to inform planning and decision-making.</li> <li>Supporting data-driven insights, including trend analysis and forecasting where required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Operational & Administrative Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinating team calendars, meetings and administrative workflows.</li> <li>Providing first-line support to stakeholders, resolving queries and ensuring a high level of service.</li> <li>Processing purchase orders, invoices and financial data to support budget tracking.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Projects & Process Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supporting small projects and initiatives, including research and process development.</li> <li>Reviewing systems and processes and suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery.</li> <li>Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and effective change management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>To be considered for this position, you should bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with data and systems.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.</li> <li>Good IT skills, including experience with databases, systems or scheduling tools</li> <li>A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong time management skills.</li> </ul> <p>If you’re excited by the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment and play a key role in delivering high-quality programmes, we’d love to hear from you.<br> CVs will be reviewed on a rolling basis so if you are interested, please apply ASAP and submit your CV in Word format.<br> As a specialist Recruitment Practice, we are committed to building inclusive and diverse organisations and welcome applications from all sections of the community. xwzovoh We invest in your journey as a candidate and are committed to supporting you throughout the application process.</p>
