This opportunity sits within a landmark riverside development in Fulham.</p><p><br></p><p>As the project moves into a key delivery phase, our client is looking to appoint a Sales Progression & Customer Care Coordinator to support purchasers from exchange through to completion and handover. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team on a high-end development with the potential for future opportunities within the wider business.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The organisation.</strong></p><p><br></p><p> • Established London developer with a reputation for high-quality residential delivery.</p><p> • Design-led approach focused on customer experience and long-term value creation.</p><p> • Collaborative office environment working closely with construction, commercial and sales teams.</p><p> • Opportunity to work on a flagship riverside development in Fulham during a major delivery phase.</p><p> • Potential for longer-term progression beyond the initial fixed-term contract.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The role.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Reporting into the senior leadership team, the Sales Progression & Customer Care Coordinator will take ownership of the purchaser journey from exchange through to move-in. The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for purchasers, solicitors, agents and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional completion process throughout.</p><p><br></p><p>Key responsibilities will include:</p><p><br></p><p> • Managing the sales progression process through to legal completion and handover.</p><p> • Coordinating communication with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and agents.</p><p> • Providing updates on build progress, completion timelines and legal milestones.</p><p> • Preparing completion packs and purchaser documentation.</p><p> • Coordinating pre-completion inspections, snagging appointments and move-in schedules.</p><p> • Supporting purchaser handovers and aftercare coordination.</p><p> • Managing customer queries and escalating issues where required.</p><p> • Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and compliance documentation.</p><p> • Supporting reporting on completions and sales progression activity.</p><p> • Working closely with construction, sales and external consultant teams during phased handovers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The skills and experience required.</strong></p><p><br></p><p> • Working knowledge of new-build residential sales progression, customer care or completions.</p><p> • Experience liaising with purchasers, solicitors, sales agents and developers.</p><p> • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.</p><p> • Professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.</p><p> • Ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast-moving environment.</p><p> • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM or property systems.</p><p> • Exposure to large-scale residential developments would be advantageous.</p><p> • Understanding of practical completion and handover processes would be beneficial.</p><p> • Exposure to international purchasers or overseas investors would be advantageous.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Progression & Customer Care Coordinator to play a visible role on one of Fulham’s most exciting residential developments, while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and premium purchasers.</p><p><br></p><p>Apply now as interviews are expected to take place shortly ahead of the next practical completion phase.</p><p><br></p><p>Due to the volume of applications received, if you don’t hear back from us, please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. xwzovoh </p><p><br></p><p>If you require any adjustments or additional support during the recruitment process for any reason whatsoever, please let your Cobalt consultant know.</p>
