Sales Manager – Waterlooville<br><br>You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.<br>Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 Basic | OTE £70,000 – £75,000+ + Company Car + Benefits<br>The Role<br>We are recruiting for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join a high-performing dealership in the Waterlooville area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven automotive leader to take ownership of a busy sales department, drive profitability, and lead a successful team to exceed targets.<br>Key Responsibilities<br> * Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed monthly targets<br> * Drive performance across units, profit, finance penetration, and add-on sales<br> * Manage daily showroom activity, ensuring exceptional customer experience at all times<br> * Monitor KPIs and implement effective strategies to improve performance<br> * Conduct regular 1-2-1s, reviews, and training with the sales team<br> * Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company processes<br> * Work closely with senior management to maximise dealership profitability<br> * Maintain strong relationships with finance providers and stakeholders<br>Requirements<br> * Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Manager within the motor trade<br> * Strong track record of delivering against targets and KPIs<br> * Excellent leadership and team development skills<br> * xwzovoh Strong understanding of F&I, finance penetration, and compliance<br> * Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment<br> * Full UK driving licence<br>What’s on Offer<br> * £70k–£75k+ realistic OTE (uncapped earning potential)<br> * Company car or car allowance<br> * Career progression within a reputable dealer group<br> * Ongoing training and development<br> * Supportive and high-performing working environment
