Espire Infolabs is hiring for Sales Director role for London, UK location.<br><br>Read on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application.<br><br>Job Title: Sales Director Job Type: Permanent Job Location: London, UK(Travel required) Job Description: Relevant Experience: The incumbent should have 1012 years of experience in IT services sales in the European market , with at least 5 years selling AI, ML, and data-led solutions .<br><br>Exposure to the EMEA region is highly desirable, with a proven track record of closing large, complex AI transformation deals .<br><br>The candidate must demonstrate consultative and value-based selling experience across the AI portfolio Strong experience in new logo acquisition, strategic account growth, and multi-year AI programs is essential.<br><br>Role Description: Own and achieve regional revenue, bookings, margin, and growth targets for AI services.<br><br>Drive end-to-end sales cycles for GenAI, Predictive Analytics, and Intelligent Automation deals.<br><br>Define and execute GTM strategies for AI-led offerings.<br><br>Build and manage a qualified pipeline of AI transformation opportunities , ensuring accurate forecasting.<br><br>Position AI ROI, business outcomes, and value realization to senior and C-level stakeholders.<br><br>Win new strategic accounts and expand footprint within existing enterprise customers.<br><br>Collaborate with AI solution architects, data scientists, and delivery teams to shape winning proposals.<br><br>Align customer AI maturity with solution roadmaps and delivery feasibility.<br><br>Maintain opportunity, account, and pipeline data in CRM systems.<br><br>Build a partner-led sales motion with hyperscalers, AI platforms, and ISVs.<br><br>Represent the company at AI, logistics, and supply chain industry events and forums .<br><br>Desired Skills & Competencies: Must be UK-based and willing to operate across Europe/EMEA .<br><br>Fluent in English ; additional European languages are a plus.<br><br>Strong understanding of AI services, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems .<br><br>Proven enterprise sales hunter with success selling AI-led transformation programs .<br><br>Deep experience in solution selling rather than product selling.<br><br>Demonstrated success in selling: Generative AI and LLM-based enterprise solutions Predictive and prescriptive analytics Intelligent Automation (RPA AI) Data Engineering, MLOps, and AI platforms Ability to articulate AI ethics, governance, security, and compliance considerations.<br><br>Experience selling Managed AI Services and AI-as-a-Service models .<br><br>Ability to influence and engage C-suite, CIO, CDO, CTO, and COOs .<br><br>Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and large-deal closure skills .<br><br>Experience working with global delivery and offshoring models .<br><br>Highly proactive, consultative, and outcome-driven sales leader.<br><br>Academic Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). xwzovoh <br><br>MBA or certifications in AI, Data Science, Cloud, or Digital Transformation will be an added advantage.
