This is a commercially focused, client-facing role with genuine weight behind it you'll own the sales strategy, lead a small team, and be the driving force behind revenue growth across bookings, events, and corporate accounts. You'll work hand in hand with the General Manager to build and execute seasonal sales plans, capitalise on the city's event calendar, and convert large-scale corporate enquiries into confirmed business. If you're a hospitality sales professional who knows how to build relationships, develop a team, and close, this is a role worth your attention.<br>What are we looking for from Sales & Events Manager candidates? xwzovoh <br>Proven sales and events management experience within a hospitality or venue environment<br>A strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets<br>Experience managing and developing a sales team, including handling performance and progression<br>Confident handling large corporate enquiries and events (50+ covers) from initial contact through to handover<br>A proactive approach to client outreach networking, FAM trips, corporate showcases and direct account management<br>Commercially sharp, with the ability to build seasonal sales plans and city-event strategies<br>Organised and thorough comfortable running weekly reporting, managing GDPR compliance, and keeping all sales administration tight<br>A natural relationship builder who understands the value of a well-maintained client contact base<br>If you are interested in this role or would like to find out more, get in touch with the team at Tonic today.
