We work with some of the world’s best hotels, bars and restaurants to create bespoke, co-branded spirits from concept to venue in four weeks, starting from just 25 bottles. We also offer a library of over 60 distilled flavours, from Yuzu and Jalapeño to Lapsang Souchong and Christmas Pudding, giving venues access to innovative flavours to optimise their menus.</p><p><br></p><p>Our clients include The Peninsula London, One Aldwych, Experimental Cocktail Club, Middle Eight, WatchHouse and Strand Palace. We were shortlisted for Brand of the Year (Speciality Spirits) at The Spirits Business Awards 2025. Featured on ITV's Love Your Weekend, in The Times Magazine, and BBC Good Food. </p><p><br></p><p>We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Sales & Brand Ambassador to help us do it.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p><p>This is a field-based sales role at the heart of London’s hospitality scene. You’ll be out in venues building relationships with bar managers, F&B directors and buyers and converting those relationships into new accounts.</p><p><br></p><p>This is also, in part, a Brand Ambassador role. You will be expected to represent Diistil at tastings, product launches and hospitality events, including evenings and weekends. If you are passionate about the industry and comfortable being the face of the brand, that is a genuine advantage.</p><p><br></p><p>We are plainspoken about what we need: someone who closes. If you thrive on the chase and the conversation, this could be the right fit.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING</strong></p><p>– Prospecting and building relationships with London and the UK's leading hospitality venues</p><p>– Presenting Diistil’s Bespoke and Flavour Library offering in a way that fits each venue’s brief</p><p>– Creating new leads and working warm leads from the broader team</p><p>– Managing your pipeline and keeping it moving</p><p>– Representing the Diistil brand at tastings and events</p><p>– Feeding market intelligence back to the team</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR</strong></p><p>– A proven track record in sales in hospitality or drinks</p><p>– Comfortable in venues, with the confidence to speak to decision-makers</p><p>– A clear understanding of how bars and hotels buy</p><p>– The discipline to manage your own pipeline without being chased</p><p>– Ideally, existing knowledge of London’s on-trade</p><p>– Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) in your day-to-day work, we are an AI-native team and it will make a real difference</p><p><br></p><p>Experience in the spirits industry is a plus, but not essential. The AI piece is the same, if you can close, we can work with the rest.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job title: </strong>Sales & Brand Ambassador</p><p><strong>Salary: </strong>£30-32,000 base + 5% commission on new business</p><p><strong>Contract: </strong>Permanent</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>London — primarily field-based</p><p><strong>Hours: </strong>40 hours per week, with flexibility required for evening and weekend events</p><p><strong>Holiday: </strong>33 days (including bank holidays)</p><p><strong>Right to work: </strong>Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
