<p><strong>Account Executive - Energy Consultancy / Energy Procurement</strong></p><p>Up to £43K base + OTE (double OTE - uncapped commission)</p><p><br><br>In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.<br></p><p>A growing energy consultancy is hiring an Energy Account Executive to join its direct sales team.</p><p>This is a new business role focused on winning mid-market and enterprise customers. You will manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed contracts. There is no account management or renewals.</p><p><br></p><p>The role operates in a structured sales environment with defined target markets, leadership support, and CRM systems in place.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Generate new business through outbound activity, inbound leads, referrals, and events</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle (typical deal length 1–3 months, 2-year contracts)</li><li>Sell consultatively based on customer requirements</li><li>Engage decision makers across finance, operations, and sustainability</li><li>Attend events and networking to build pipeline</li><li>Maintain accurate records in Salesforce</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>B2B new business sales experience</li><li>Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers</li><li>Comfortable with outbound sales and high xwzovoh activity levels</li><li>Able to manage multiple deals at once</li><li>Organised and commercially focused</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience with structured sales methods (MEDDICC or similar)</li><li>Energy, utilities, or sustainability sector experience</li><li>Salesforce experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This role is not suited to candidates focused on account management or renewals.</p>
