<p>A well-funded, fast-growing company transforming the solar installation and Virtual Power Plant (VPP) sector is seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer / Roofer to join their growing renewable energy team.</p><p><br><br>Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.<br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>The Solar Installer/Roofer, will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and small commercial properties, with a strong focus on roofing integration and structural integrity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and small commercial properties</li><li>Carry out roof preparation, mounting system installation, and panel fitting</li><li>Ensure all roofing work is completed to a high standard, maintaining weatherproofing and structural integrity</li><li>Work closely with experienced electricians to support AC/DC installation requirements</li><li>Adhere to all health & safety regulations and industry best practices</li><li>Maintain a clean and organised worksite</li><li>Deliver excellent workmanship and customer service on every project</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in solar PV installation and/or roofing is highly desirable xwzovoh </li><li>Strong practical skills and a good understanding of construction or roofing practices</li><li>Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments</li><li>Good teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude</li><li>Full UK driving license</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Benefits: </p><ul><li>Company van</li><li>Company pension </li><li>Free or subsidised travel </li><li>£25k - £35k DOE</li><li>On-site training</li></ul>
