Reward Partner<br><br>Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.<br>12 Month FTC<br>£60K - £70K per annum<br>Remote based from Manchester / Leeds / Birmingham / Bristol<br>Forward Role is working with a well-established, partnership-led professional services organisation to recruit a Reward Partner into their growing Reward function.<br>This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with the Head of Reward, HR, Finance and senior stakeholders across the business, playing a key role in delivering complex compensation and reward projects at scale.<br>As the Reward Partner, you'll take ownership of a range of compensation-focused initiatives, with particular emphasis on:<br>Market benchmarking and job evaluation<br>Job architecture and framework embedding<br>Annual pay and bonus review cycles<br>EU Pay Transparency projects<br>Reward modelling and analysis<br>You'll be hands-on with data, comfortable working with confidential information, and confident in translating complex insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders.<br>Proven experience in a Reward / Compensation role, ideally within professional services or a partnership-led organisation<br>Strong working knowledge of WTW / Towers Watson job evaluation methodologies<br>Experience with job architecture and benchmarking programmes<br>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills<br>Strong project management capability<br>Advanced Excel skills (including lookups, pivot tables and modelling)<br>Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail<br>If you would like to know more about this opportunity, please click the link to apply or contact Alex Wright at Forward Role.<br>As an industry leading, nationwide Marketing, Digital, Analytics, IT and Design recruitment agency, we are continually receiving new assignments to work on, so keep a close eye on our website, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages for a full list of current permanent and interim opportunities as well as marketplace news and fun stuff. xwzovoh <br>Forward Role is operating as an employment agency.
