Revenue Manager Full Time Is the next step in your career to move to a fabulous well established five-star hotel in the heart of Belfast, with beautiful guestrooms, incredible food, a much-loved bar, and the friendliest welcome in the city.<br><br>All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.<br><br>THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimisation strategies for our luxury hotel.<br><br>The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising overall hotel profitability through strategic pricing, inventory control, forecasting, market analysis, and distribution management.<br><br>This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality trends and guest behaviour.<br><br>You will lead a small reservations department with support from an experienced and passionate senior leadership team.<br><br>Key Responsibilities Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise room revenue, occupancy, and profitability.<br><br>Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to make informed pricing decisions.<br><br>Manage daily pricing, inventory, and availability across all distribution channels.<br><br>Produce accurate short- and long-term forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.<br><br>Monitor pace, pickup, market segmentation, and channel mix to optimise revenue opportunities.<br><br>Lead weekly revenue meetings and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.<br><br>Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance teams.<br><br>Optimise OTA, GDS, and direct booking channel performance while maintaining brand positioning.<br><br>Ensure rate parity and consistency across all booking platforms.<br><br>Evaluate and manage relationships with distribution partners and revenue systems providers.<br><br>Support the development of promotional campaigns and special offers aligned with business objectives.<br><br>Maintain strong knowledge of luxury market trends, local events, and competitor activity.<br><br>Candidate Requirements Minimum 35 years experience in Revenue Management within a hotel environment.<br><br>Strong understanding of hotel distribution channels, forecasting, and pricing strategies.<br><br>Experience using revenue management systems and PMS platforms such as Opera, IDeaS or similar.<br><br>Advanced analytical and reporting skills with strong attention to detail.<br><br>Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking abilities.<br><br>Strong communication and presentation skills.<br><br>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.<br><br>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel reporting tools.<br><br>Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.<br><br>Key Competencies Commercial acumen Strategic thinking Data analysis and forecasting Leadership and collaboration Decision-making Problem-solving Organisation and time management THE PACKAGE We understand and value the needs of our employees.<br><br>As such, the successful candidate for this permanent post will be offered a competitive hourly rate. xwzovoh <br><br>LOCATION You will be based at our hotel, 1-3 Great Victoria Street, Belfast, BT2 7BQ.<br><br>DEVELOP YOUR CAREER WITH US In addition to a supportive approach to performance management, we actively encourage learning and development by providing formal and informal skills development opportunities.<br><br>Skills: Commercial awareness Strategic Thinking Leadership Decision Making Data Analysis Forecasting<br>TPBN1_NI
