Restaurant Supervisor

We are recruiting on behalf of an independently run tea room and restaurant based in Radlett, Hertfordshire . Our client is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to support the smooth day-to-day running of the front of house operation and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.<br><br>Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.<br>This is a hands-on role within a friendly, fast-paced environment where you will lead by example, support the team during service, and ensure high standards are consistently maintained.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Supervise and support the front of house team during daily service<br>Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations across service periods<br>Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest queries professionally<br>Assist with opening and closing procedures<br>Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service<br>Support training and development of junior team members<br>Assist management with stock control, rota input, and daily organisation<br>About You<br>Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or strong Senior Waiter/Waitress ready to step up<br>Experience in a fresh food restaurant, café, or similar hospitality environment<br>Strong customer service and communication skills<br>Confident leading a team in a busy service environment<br>Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure<br>A positive, hands-on team player with a strong work ethic<br>The Opportunity<br>Our client offers a welcoming and supportive working environment within a well-established local dining business. xwzovoh This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your hospitality career in a role where service quality and teamwork are highly valued.
