The Role: You will be the Floor Manager working to exceed expectations, train and inspire your colleagues with your knowledge, skills and passion for great customer service. Working closely with the GM, you will: Take responsibility for the day to day setting up of the room leading the service Assist the General Manager with rotas and training Be responsible for stock control and cost control Have a hands-on approach to the role and to work closely with your floor and management team, leading by example and delivering an exceptional standard of service During summer this is a high volume operation The ideal floor Manager will: have significant previous fine restaurant experience confident in leading a team of 10 to 20 people including floor and bar staff have an excellent knowledge of standard of service deliver excellent service skills, have an eye for detail and the ability to innovate.
