What youll do:
Lead the floor with confidence, ensuring exceptional, attentive and personalised service at all times
Drive the guest experience, setting the tone, pace and standards for the entire team
Inspire, coach and develop team members, helping individuals grow and perform at their best
Be the key connection between Front of House and Back of House, ensuring seamless communication and flow of service
Handle guest enquiries, feedback and challenges with professionalism, empathy and grace
Work closely with senior leadership to drive performance, standards and operational excellence
Lead by example through a hands-on and visible presence on the floor
Drive team engagement, motivation and a culture of care and accountability
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation across all areas
Take ownership of the operation, ensuring consistency and excellence in line with company standards
Support recruitment, training and succession planning within the team
Drive business performance while always putting hospitality and people first
