<p><strong>Type: </strong>Full-time, Permanent</p><p><strong>Region: </strong>Northeast (Sheffield - Leeds - York - Middlesborough - Newcastle) </p><p><strong>Salary: </strong>£60,000 per annum + commission </p><p><br><br>If you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.<br></p><p>Due to continued company growth, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and expand our sales opportunities across the Northeast of England. This will be a combination of new and existing business, delivering bespoke solutions to our customers across commercial sectors. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Developing existing customers</strong> - Grow accounts already interacting with us and use account planning as a way of understanding where any gaps are and what actions can be taken to further develop the user experience.</li><li><strong>Prospecting new business</strong> - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Increase market share with new Mechanical consultants and M+E Contractors, within their regional area.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder collaboration</strong> - Take ownership and involve the company personnel, including support, service, sales, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer’s expectations.</li><li><strong>Customer excellence</strong> - Provide the highest level of service with customer needs coming first at all stages of their journey with a clear understanding of their requirements and how we can overcome their challenges.</li><li><strong>Customer Journey</strong> - Offer a personalised and problem-free customer journey which provides excellence at every point of their experience, so their expectations are always exceeded. Here, the relevant technical and commercial information is always captured accurately, and a proactive approach is always taken once the customer has received their quotation to further satisfy their needs.</li><li><strong>Negotiation and objection handling</strong> - Gaining customer commitment by handling any objections and overcoming any issues, so that they choose to place the order with us over our competitors.</li><li><strong>Repeat business</strong> - Drive repeat business and customer retention to create long-lasting profitable relationships.</li><li><strong>Sales key performance indicators</strong> - Agreed number of visits per week to customer base. Maintain and grow sales pipeline. Achieve Sales Revenue Targets. Develop & Maintain Customer relationships. Utilise CRM as a Sales Tool.</li><li><strong>Market and competitor knowledge</strong> - Develop an understanding of the market within the geographic area and act provide a regional account plan once a quarter to the Head of Sales.</li><li><strong>Technical Expertise</strong> – Enhance technical understanding through building experience and knowledge of our solutions and HVAC industry, becoming an expert in ventilation to support customer demands.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Person Specification </strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in technical sales working with both new and existing business</li><li>Strong competency and experience in HVAC sales, preferably in commercial sectors </li><li>Ability in account planning and pipeline management </li><li>Strong commercial awareness and ability to undertake competitor analysis </li><li>Located in NE England, able to travel across the region regularly </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Company </strong></p><p>This UK-based manufacturer specialises in ventilation and air movement solutions for commercial buildings. xwzovoh The company designs and supplies a broad range of HVAC products including air handling units, heat recovery systems, supply and extract units, fan coils, packaged ventilation systems, and associated controls.</p>
