<p><strong>Regional Operations Director</strong></p><p><strong>Midlands & South of England</strong></p><p><strong>Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + 25% Bonus + Vehicle + Private Healthcare</strong></p><p><br><br>Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.<br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>Compass Associates are partnering with a growing, privately owned care provider to appoint a Regional Operations Director across the Midlands and South.</p><p><br></p><p>With over 30 homes, the group is entering a sustained period of growth, backed by a strong acquisition pipeline and clear long-term strategy.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a high-impact, senior leadership role where you will take ownership of a significant region, working directly with the Group Operations Director to drive performance, strengthen standards, and scale quality alongside growth.</p><p><br></p><p>This is not a steady-state role.
