The office is home to <strong>five consultants</strong> and is known for its <strong>relaxed, welcoming culture</strong> where quality always comes before quantity.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a genuinely <strong>grown-up environment</strong> – no KPIs, no micromanagement, and no pointless call targets. The focus is on building relationships, delivering well, and doing recruitment properly.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>This is not a trainee position. We’re looking for someone who already understands the recruitment process and can add value from day one:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in <strong>360 recruitment</strong></li><li><strong>Background in engineering recruitment</strong> is essential (perm OR temp)</li><li>Comfortable managing client and candidate relationships autonomously</li><li>Values <strong>quality over volume</strong> – they’d rather see 10 meaningful calls a week than 100 for the sake of it</li><li>Happy in a fully office-based role</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What’s on Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Salary up to £38,000 DOE</strong></li><li>Uncapped commission structure</li><li><strong>Office hours: </strong>Monday–Thursday: <strong>8:00am – 5:00pm/ </strong>Friday: <strong>8:00am – 4:00pm finish</strong></li><li><strong>Free on-site parking</strong></li><li>No KPIs and zero micromanagement</li><li>Supportive, friendly team with a very relaxed atmosphere</li><li>A business that trusts experienced recruiters to manage their own desk</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Office:</strong></p><p>The Sheffield office has a <strong>down-to-earth, inclusive culture</strong> where people enjoy coming to work.
