<p>Job Description</p><br>Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.<br><p>My Client, a well established civil engineering contractor ia actively recruiting for an accomplished Quantiry Surveyor to augment it's cost management team in the east midlands.</p><p>As the Quantity Surveyor your main responisibilities will include;-</p><p>The preparation and management of budgets for groundworks projects and conducting cost estimations (including pricing of materials and labour).</p><p>Liaising with site and production teams and accurately recording progress via regular site visits, participating in frequent on-site project team meetings and ensuring a focus on any cost-saving opportunities.</p><p>Evaluating and selecting subcontractors based on experience and pricing, ensuring subcontractor payments are managed and compliant with contract terms.</p><p>Measuring work completed on site and preparing interim valuations.</p><p>Assisting in the preparation of final accounts.</p><p>Preparing financial reports and forecasts for groundworks projects, and monitoring projects to identify any potential financial risks. xwzovoh </p><p>You will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor with a track record gained within the civil engineering sector and with the ambition to progress within a successful and expanding business.</p><p>On offer is an attractive salary and excellent benefits package along with long term career opportunities</p>
