This is a hands-on Quality Engineering role where you'll play a key part in ensuring manufacturing excellence, driving quality improvements, and supporting compliance across a fast-paced production environment.<br>Why Join Our Client?<br>Work in a global, market-leading organisation with strong innovation focus<br>Hands-on role embedded within live manufacturing operations<br>Drive continuous improvement and quality excellence initiatives<br>Exposure to regulated, ISO-certified production environments<br>Collaborative culture across Quality, Engineering and Operations<br>Strong benefits package including medical, pension and on-site facilities<br>What You'll Do:<br>Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and control plans<br>Manage non-conforming materials, ensuring traceability, containment and resolution<br>Lead root cause analysis for internal defects and customer complaints (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)<br>Drive corrective and preventive actions through to effective closure<br>Support continuous improvement initiatives and Management of Change processes<br>Analyse quality data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities<br>Deliver training to operators and team leaders on quality standards and best practice<br>Support internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements<br>Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering and CI teams across the site<br>What We're Looking For:<br>Experience in a Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance role within manufacturing<br>Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, root cause, Pareto, xwzovoh etc.)<br>Understanding of working in ISO-certified or regulated environments<br>Experience using ERP/QMS systems (e.g. SAP) for quality and material management<br>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across shop floor and leadership<br>Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving<br>Relevant qualification in Engineering, Quality or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience)<br>If you're a Quality Engineer who enjoys working close to production, solving problems and driving measurable improvements, we'd love to hear from you.<br>Apply now or message for more details.
