Key duties and responsibilities: <ul><li>Metrology inspection of purchased and manufactured products in accordance with Drawings, processes, internal documentation and any other requirements.</li><li>Inspecting components using QC equipment – micrometres, verniers, gauges etc</li><li>Inspecting components using QC preprogrammed equipment – CMM and VMM</li><li>Supporting NPD with parts/products requiring inspection and reports.</li><li>Liaising with the relevant technical authority on any technical issue.</li><li>Supporting MRB Reviews when necessary.</li><li>Supporting CAPA investigations, internally & externally as and when required.</li><li>Performing and/or supporting Gauge R&R or MSA reviews in line with company requirements.</li><li>Supporting calibration when necessary.</li><li>Supporting both Internal & External audits. xwzovoh </li></ul> What are we looking for? As Quality Control Technician, you will have the following: Key skills and experience: <ul><li>HNC or equivalent in an Engineering Discipline</li><li>Trained and experienced in the use of CMM and VMM</li><li>Experience in machining and milling, ideally within the medical or aerospace sector</li><li>Familiar with GD&T and confident in a variety of metrology equipment ranging from a micrometre to CMM/VMM</li><li>Ability to read drawings and determine the method of inspection. </li><li>Ability to write Inspection Reports</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Team player</li></ul>
