<p><strong>Quality Assurance Manager</strong></p><br>All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.<br><p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven <strong>Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer</strong> Manager to support the development and manufacturing of mixed-signal integrated circuits for aerospace applications. This role ensures that <strong>traceability, compliance, and quality processes</strong> are embedded across the full lifecycle — from architecture through manufacturing — and adhered to by all engineering disciplines and subcontractors.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field</li><li>years of experience in Quality Assurance for integrated circuits, preferably in mixed-signal or aerospace applications</li><li>Strong understanding of VLSI flows (architecture, design, verification, DFT, software, xwzovoh validation, packaging, and manufacturing)</li><li>Familiarity with aerospace quality and traceability standards</li><li>Experience with configuration management, requirements tracking, and quality tools</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and audit skills</li></ul>
