<p>A Family owned, Outstanding rated, therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency are looking for a Quality Assurance and Safeguardig Manager, to be based from home 3 days a week, and to ensure robust compliance and quality assurance across the service.</p><br>Apply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application.<br><p>Benefits for you as the QA Manager:</p><ul><li>Salary up to £55k per annum</li><li>Generous Annual Leave</li><li>Bonus scheme</li><li>Company pension Scheme</li><li>Progression opportunities</li><li>Employee Discount Scheme</li></ul><p>Your responsibilities as the QA Manager:</p><ul><li>Manage the social work assessors, both independent SW and internal SW staff in delivering the assessment to deadline, through phone, email, face to face and web forum.</li><li>Decision making regarding each assessment and effective communication with families</li><li>To quality assure each assessment for social work content as well as all statutory checks and references</li><li>Manage the timing of assessments in line with panel availability to ensure efficiency, liaising effectively with the Registered Manager and Recruitment and Panel Team, and Panel Chair as required</li><li>Oversee delivery of each family file coming into the organisation</li><li>Provide reports / statistics to the Senior Management Team on families in assessment, as required xwzovoh </li></ul><p>Requirements of you as the QA Manager:</p><ul><li>A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)</li><li>A valid Social Work England registration</li><li>Experience within fostering</li><li>Must hold a full UK Driving Licence</li></ul><p>Please follow the instructions on this website, or alternatively contact Tom McKenna on or for further details and please do be sure to leave your contact details</p>
