Employer: Trulife Financial Location: Home based (with travel as required)<br><br>Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.<br>About the Role<br>Trulife Financial is seeking an experienced Training & Competence Supervisor to provide high-quality oversight to our Partner Firms, Advisers, and Practice Supervisors. You will play a key role in ensuring risk management, regulatory compliance, and strong customer outcomes across our network.<br>Key Responsibilities Deliver supervision in line with Trulife Financials Assurance Model and Supervision Framework<br>Provide oversight and engagement with Practice Supervisors<br>Apply effective risk management, including root cause analysis and remedial action planning<br>Use MI/data to identify trends and prioritise supervision activity<br>Influence positive behaviours around conduct, competence, and client outcomes<br>Balance commercial needs with regulatory expectations<br>Plan and manage your own supervision activities proactively<br>What Youll Need Mortgage Advice Qualification (essential)<br>Level 4 Diploma or commitment to achieve within 18 months<br>Minimum 2 years experience supervising advisers<br>Strong understanding of the FCA T&C Handbook and wider regulatory environment<br>Experience creating effective remediation plans<br>Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, Principal, sales advisers and support team to achieve shared goals and deliver strong client outcomes.<br>Key Competencies Strong influencing and communication skills<br>Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and issues<br>Confident decision-making and problem-solving<br>Ability to build rapport and manage conflict professionally<br>Driven, collaborative, and proactive<br>Why Join Us?
