Protection and Control Supervisor/Commissioning

<p>At Elecnor, we are seeking a Protection and Control / Commissioning Supervisor to work on energy infrastructure projects located in the UK."</p><p><br><br>The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.<br></p><p><strong>What will your responsabilities be?</strong></p><ul><li>Direction and execution of commissioning activities, including program preparation and coordination of vendor and contractor technicians and supervisors.</li><li>Responsible for defining testing requirements and forecasting associated materials, assisting in the procurement of necessary equipment.</li><li>Preparation and development of commissioning procedures for electrical systems.</li><li>Review of detailed technical documentation and configuration files for various protection relays.</li><li>Responsible for the system handover process from construction completion to final delivery, including visual inspections and identifying non-conformities or punch-list items.</li><li>Ability to lead meetings with clients, grid operators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.</li><li>Responsible for reviewing test reports and completing necessary internal quality documentation for final handover.</li><li>Responsible for developing sequential energization programs in coordination with grid operators.</li><li>Ability to manage safety functions regarding safety rules, lockouts/tagouts (LOTO), work permits, and electrical clearances/isolations. xwzovoh </li><li>Ability to perform system fault analysis, including data analysis from protection relays and fault recorders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What profile are we looking for?</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field</li><li>5–10 years of relevant experience</li><li>English proficiency (B2–C1 level)</li><li>Preferred/Optional: SAP</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What can offer you?</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications</li><li>Permanent contract</li><li>Long-term stability and professional growth opportunities</li><li>Experience working on large-scale engineering and construction projects</li></ul>
