<p><strong>Payroll Systems Implementation Project Manager</strong></p><p><strong>SuccessFactors</strong></p><p><strong>£100K FTC</strong></p><p><strong>North West England-Hybrid </strong></p><p><br><br>Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.<br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Payroll Implementation.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who can manage complex projects, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery across HR, Payroll, and IT functions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of Payroll implementation and enhancement projects</li><li>Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance</li><li>Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery</li><li>Coordinate system configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities</li><li>Ensure payroll-related processes and dependencies are fully considered throughout project delivery</li><li>Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management activities</li><li>Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners where required</li><li>Produce and maintain project documentation, status reports, and RAID logs</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills & Experience Required</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience managing Payroll Implementation projects</li><li>Strong understanding of payroll processes xwzovoh and payroll integration requirements</li><li>Experience delivering HRIS or HR transformation programmes</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Strong organisational and project governance capabilities</li><li>Experience working within complex, cross-functional environments</li><li>Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies</li><li>Relevant project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM or equivalent) desirable</li></ul>
