<p>Job Description</p><br>Like the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description.<br><p>Project Management Business PartnerLocation: Broughton (on-site)Contract: 12-month contractWorking pattern: 35 hours per week | 4.5-day working weekRate: £29.18 per hour PAYE / £39.04 per hour UmbrellaSecurity clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus)About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Project Management Business Partner to support the successful delivery of high-value CAPEX and building & construction projects at Airbus Broughton.Working closely with the Project Leader and multi-functional teams, you'll play a key role in shaping projects from feasibility and concept through to design, delivery and final handover. This is a highly collaborative role, suited to someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys stakeholder engagement, and brings a structured, professional approach to project governance.What You'll Be DoingAs Project Management Business Partner, you will:</p><ul><li>Partner with Project Leaders to set up, manage and deliver projects in line with Airbus Project Management standards</li><li>Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting and controls</li><li>Support budget management, cost tracking and financial follow-up</li><li>Lead and support risk and opportunity management, including mitigation planning</li><li>Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects and professional service providers</li><li>Monitor and validate progress of professional service work packages and on-site works</li><li>Support milestone reviews, audits and compliance activities</li><li>Ensure projects meet safety, security, ethical and technical compliance requirements</li><li>Use appropriate project management tools and methodologies to support delivery</li></ul><p>What We're Looking ForWe welcome applications from candidates with strong practical experience, rather than formal qualifications alone. You'll ideally bring:</p><ul><li>Broad, hands-on project management experience, ideally within capital investment or construction environments</li><li>Experience working with multi-functional teams, including external contractors and professional service partners</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to communicate at all levels</li><li>Sound understanding of risk, budget and schedule management</li><li>Experience within building and construction project management (desirable)</li><li>A structured, proactive and collaborative approach</li><li>Strong IT skills, with experience using tools such as SharePoint, MS Project or similar collaboration and planning tools</li></ul><p>Why Join Guidant Global?At Guidant Global, we connect great people with meaningful work.
