What You'll Be Doing: Lead projects ensuring safety, quality, and cost standards are met at every stage. Communicate daily with customers, suppliers, and internal technical teams. Run project review meetings and present project status confidently. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving challenges to ensure on-time delivery within defined commercial targets. Participate in feasibility studies, manufacturing concept reviews, and tool/equipment design reviews. Take ownership of projects from nomination to final implementation, applying strong project management skills. Apply practical problem-solving tools, including 8D, Fishbone Diagrams, Pareto Charts, and 5 Whys. Utilize your knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow/Mapping. Act as a key point of contact for customers during new production introductions, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills. What We're Looking For: Degree-educated in an engineering discipline. 2-3 years' experience as a Project Engineer or Graduate Project Engineer within automotive manufacturing. Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding manufacturing processes. Natural communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple departments.
