<p><strong>Project Director - Data Centre (New Build)</strong></p><p><br><br>Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.<br></p><p><strong>£120,000 - £145,000 + Package + Major UK Project Pipeline + Private Healthcare + Pension</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>London</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Are you a Project Director with a proven track record delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects?</p><p><br></p><p>This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a flagship £200M-£400M new-build data centre, working with a leading international tier one business experiencing significant growth across the UK and Europe.</p><p><br></p><p>This is not a role where you are spread across multiple jobs you will be the number one on site, responsible for the full lifecycle delivery from early-stage design through to commissioning and handover.</p><p><br></p><p>With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and continued investment into their data centre division, this is a long-term move for someone looking to progress into senior leadership.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>As the Project Director, your role will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Full Project Director responsibility on a £200M+ new-build data centre</li><li>Lead from pre-construction / ECI through to full delivery</li><li>Oversee civils, building, and full MEP fit-out</li><li>Act as the primary client interface and project figurehead</li><li>Manage and develop high-performing teams (Ops Managers, SPMs, PMs)</li><li>Drive programme, commercial performance, quality, xwzovoh and safety</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What They’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Proven Project Director with experience on data centre projects</li><li>Strong background with a Tier 1 main contractor</li><li>Experience delivering data centres or mission-critical projects</li><li>Ability to manage full project lifecycle (civils → shell → MEP → commissioning)</li><li>Strong leadership, client-facing, and commercial capability</li></ul><p><br></p><p>For more information call Lily on </p>
