It is a delivery-focused opportunity for a <strong>Project Manager</strong> who can help drive projects from <strong>concept</strong> through to <strong>installation</strong> and <strong>operation</strong>, while keeping activity moving across <strong>engineering</strong>, <strong>procurement</strong>, <strong>manufacturing suppliers</strong>, <strong>shipyards</strong>, and <strong>customers</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p><p>• Relevant experience in <strong>project delivery</strong>, <strong>engineering</strong>, <strong>manufacturing</strong>, <strong>marine</strong>, <strong>industrial</strong>, <strong>operations</strong>, or a similar technical environment</p><p>• Strong <strong>technical understanding</strong> and the ability to work credibly with engineering teams</p><p>• Good <strong>stakeholder management</strong> and strong <strong>relationship-building</strong> skills</p><p>• Proven ability to help deliver projects <strong>on time</strong> and <strong>on budget</strong></p><p>• Strong evidence of <strong>ownership</strong>, <strong>problem solving</strong>, and <strong>delivery</strong></p><p>• Highly <strong>proactive</strong> and comfortable operating in <strong>ambiguity</strong></p><p>• Able to turn discussions into clear <strong>actions</strong> and follow issues through to resolution</p><p>• <strong>Shipping</strong> knowledge would be a strong advantage</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role & Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Coordinate delivery across <strong>engineering</strong>, <strong>procurement</strong>, <strong>manufacturing suppliers</strong>, <strong>shipyards</strong>, and <strong>customers</strong></p><p>• Help ensure projects keep moving when no single function owns the whole problem</p><p>• Build practical <strong>project plans</strong>, timelines, budgets, and progress updates</p><p>• Identify <strong>risks</strong> and blockers early, and coordinate resolution</p><p>• Maintain momentum and help ensure delivery is <strong>on time</strong> and <strong>on budget</strong></p><p>• Support continuous improvement in how projects are delivered as the business grows</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join? xwzovoh </strong></p><p>A superb opportunity to work on <strong>real-world clean technology</strong> with genuine ownership, broad exposure across <strong>engineering</strong>, <strong>manufacturing</strong>, <strong>procurement</strong>, and <strong>deployment</strong>, and the chance to grow into <strong>senior project delivery</strong> or <strong>programme leadership</strong> as the company scales.</p><p><br></p>
