The Role: Production Operative<br><br>Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.<br>Location: NN6<br>Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour plus £0.50p per hour bonus<br>Shift:Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday, 6am to 6pm (3 or 4 day week!)<br>Status: Permanent position offering immediate start!<br>My client is an exceptional family run business within the Agriculture/Food Manufacturing Sector, seeking to recruit an outstanding individual who will play a pivotal role within the production process of a high-end quality product.<br>It is fair to say the role will be varied & challenging wearing several hats at any one time.<br>The role will be to manage the production of the flour mill from start to finish working with minimal supervision after training.<br>The ideal candidate profile:<br>Ideally but not essential, experienced within food manufacturing.<br>Ideally forklift and shunting experience, however not essential as in-house training will be provided.<br>Experience of quality systems and processes.<br>Basic lab testing and documentation processes.<br>Appreciation of critical hygiene standards within food. xwzovoh <br>Basic maintenance of machinery<br>Familiar with bagging operation<br>Good written and verbal skills<br>Flexible and adaptable<br>Team Player<br>Whats on offer?<br>Permanent position<br>Loads of overtime<br>Comprehensive ongoing training<br>Free car parking<br>Canteen facilities<br>Autonomy<br>Genuine opportunities for career progression<br>Passionate and driven business owners who really do care about their employees
