Production Line Leader

<p>Key purpose of job: Responsible for controlling production and processes and supervising all Packers and Production Operatives, playing a fundamental role in ensuring our customers are satisfied which makes you a vital member of our team.<br><br>In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.<br><br>Monday<br>- Friday 07:00<br>- 17:00 £13.21 per hour Temp to perm for successful candidate Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the production line team to meet daily packing targets.<br><br>Ensure all packaging operations are performed in line with company standards and client specifications.<br><br>Monitor production workflow and adjust as necessary to ensure efficiency and productivity.<br><br>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.<br><br>Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they understand the operational requirements.<br><br>Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards before dispatch.<br><br>Liaise with production managers to monitor stock levels, manage materials, and minimise downtime.<br><br>Record and report production metrics, identifying areas for improvement.<br><br>Handle troubleshooting issues that arise during the packing process to minimise delays.<br><br>Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and escalate any issues to the maintenance team.<br><br>Requirements: Experience in a supervisory or line leader role in a production or packing environment.<br><br>Knowledge of packing procedures and product quality standards.<br><br>Strong organisational and time-management skills.<br><br>Excellent communication and team leadership abilities. xwzovoh <br><br>Understanding of health and safety requirements within a manufacturing/packing setting.<br><br>Basic computer skills for production reporting and monitoring</p>
