They are looking to hire a Principal Software Engineer who will be the technical heavyweight that 5–6 Staff Engineers rally behind.</p><p><br></p><p><strong> The Technical Core</strong></p><ul><li>The ecosystem is built for high-concurrency and extreme performance. To lead here, you need to be a Go Specialist. You aren't just coding in it; you’ve used Go to build, scale, and architect non-trivial backend systems.</li><li>Deep experience with Rust (huge plus) or the ability to navigate complex Python environments.</li><li>Mastery of Kubernetes, Containers, and Software-Defined Networking (SDN).</li><li>They are hiring for a Principal Software Engineer who can build products that will accelerate the cure for diseases alongside global healthcare giants.</li><li>A high-pace, elite engineering culture where the best idea wins.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> Who You Are</strong></p><ul><li>13–20 years backend engineering experience covering Golang, Rust, Python.</li><li>You’re a whiteboard native.
