Experience with CE/UKCA directives, EMC, electrical safety, and relevant standards ? Design for cost, testability, manufacturability ? System-level integration and debugging ? Familiarity with PLCs, motor control, and industrial automation is a plus ? Able to mentor, coach and develop more junior members of the team in order to develop overall capability Personal qualities ? Strong communicator and team collaborator ?
