This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact, multi-sector projects ranging from government campuses and specialist education facilities to advanced defence environments and university frameworks.</p><p><br></p><p>Working within a highly respected Building Services Engineering team, you will play a key role in delivering innovative, sustainable and technically challenging projects while helping to advance energy efficiency, air quality improvements and decarbonisation initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Why Join?</p><ul><li>Work within a collaborative national Building Services team.</li><li>Contribute to a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the UK and internationally.</li><li>Play a key role in delivering sustainable and energy-efficient building solutions.</li><li>Access excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Your Role</p><ul><li>Lead and deliver electrical building services designs from concept through to detailed design.</li><li>Design electrical systems including power, lighting, life safety systems, telecommunications, security systems, lifts and lightning protection.</li><li>Demonstrate strong team leadership capabilities, work-winning experience, commercial awareness and confidence in client-facing environments.</li><li>Produce detailed electrical calculations using software such as Amtech, Dialux/Relux and Excel.</li><li>Prepare technical specifications, design reports and client presentations.</li><li>Work closely with BIM teams, applying your knowledge of Revit for modelling and drawing production.</li><li>Attend and represent the business at client and stakeholder meetings.</li><li>Undertake site surveys, inspections and commissioning reviews.</li><li>Manage your workload to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget.</li><li>Support and mentor junior engineers within the team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>About You</p><ul><li>Strong experience within Building Services Engineering with a passion for high-quality building design.</li><li>Curious, innovative and motivated to explore new approaches and technologies.</li><li>Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.</li><li>Chartered Engineer status or working towards Chartership through a recognised professional institution.</li><li>Proficient in industry-standard software including Amtech/ProDesign, Dialux/Relux, NBS and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Working knowledge of Revit and BIM processes.</li><li>Solid understanding of UK technical standards, regulations and industry codes.</li><li>Familiarity with energy reduction strategies, decarbonisation and energy/carbon analysis.</li><li>Experience with commissioning, performance evaluation and design for measurement and verification. xwzovoh </li></ul><p>Desirable</p><ul><li>High-voltage (HV) design experience.</li></ul><p><br></p>
