<p>Job Description</p><br>The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.<br><p>Prospero Teaching are looking for Teaching Assistants to work in Primary Schools in and around Colchester, starting in September.</p><p>CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS</p><ul><li>Location - Colchester</li><li>Position - Teaching Assistant</li><li>Contract or position start date - September</li><li>Duration / Likely Duration - Full academic year (with potential to extend)</li><li>Contract type - Long-Term Temporary</li><li>Full time/part time - Full time</li><li>Minimum rate of pay - Approximately £90-£100 per day</li><li>Hours - 8.30am - 3.00pm</li></ul><p>EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS</p><ul><li>Previous TA experience preferred</li><li>GCSE English and Maths grade 'C' or above</li></ul><p>TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:</p><ul><li>Hold Right to Work in the UK</li><li>Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one</li><li>Provide two professional, child-related references</li></ul><p>OTHER INFORMATION</p><p>If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV.
