We’re hiring a PPC Director to lead strategy, performance, and team development for a fast-scaling digital agency in London, driving measurable growth for ambitious entertainment and ecommerce brands.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>The Role</strong></p><p><br></p><p>You’ll own the PPC vision and strategy across multiple high-value accounts, overseeing campaign direction, budget allocation, innovation, and team performance. As a senior leader, you’ll combine hands-on expertise with commercial oversight—ensuring best-in-class execution while identifying new growth opportunities for clients and the agency.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead PPC strategy across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display</li><li>Own forecasting, budget allocation, and performance targets across key accounts</li><li>Drive account structure, bidding strategies, and testing roadmaps to maximise ROI</li><li>Oversee tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks (GA4, GTM, conversion APIs)</li><li>Present strategic insights and performance updates to senior client stakeholders</li><li>Identify growth opportunities including new markets, betas, and automation solutions</li><li>Mentor and develop PPC Managers and Executives, building a high-performing team</li><li>Support new business pitches and contribute to agency growth strategy</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <strong>What You Bring</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>6+ years’ experience in PPC with significant agency experience</li><li>Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering strong ROAS/CPA performance</li><li>Strong leadership experience with direct line management responsibility</li><li>Advanced knowledge of bidding strategies, attribution models, and incrementality testing</li><li>High proficiency in GA4, GTM, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets</li><li>Commercial mindset with experience in forecasting xwzovoh and revenue planning</li><li>Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>£60,000–£70,000 per annum (DOE)</li><li>Hybrid working (3 days in Central London office)</li><li>Senior leadership position with real influence on agency direction</li><li>Performance-based bonus potential</li><li>Training budget and industry certifications</li><li>Clear pathway toward Head of Performance</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Join a growing agency at a pivotal stage, where you’ll shape the PPC function, lead a talented team, and drive measurable impact for leading entertainment and ecommerce brands.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>To apply, send your CV to </strong></p>
