<p>Job Description</p><br>Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.<br><p>Power BI Developer</p><p>Up to £45,000</p><p>I am seeking an Power BI Developer to support the development, optimisation and governance of modern data and analytics solutions within a growing UK analytics consultancy. Sitting within an expanding analytics practice, this role is central to delivering trusted, scalable and high-quality insight products that enable organisations to make faster, data-driven decisions.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience with Power BI as well as a strong background in data modelling. You will be comfortable building advanced reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into effective analytics solutions. You will also play a key role in supporting users, applying best practice and contributing to the consultancy's broader analytics framework.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Build, maintain and optimise Power BI semantic models</li><li>Develop high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards, including advanced DAX measures and calculations</li><li>Apply best practices across data modelling, performance optimisation and governance</li><li>Support analytics users and troubleshoot issues across deployed insight products</li><li>Contribute to ongoing improvements in analytics standards, processes and methodologies</li></ul><p>Skills and Experience</p><ul><li>Strong, hands-on experience with Power BI (data ingestion, modelling, DAX)</li><li>Solid understanding of data modelling, star schema design and semantic layer principles</li><li>Proven ability to create scalable, efficient analytical models and performance reports</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate user requirements into actionable designs</li></ul><p>What's on Offer</p><ul><li>Salary up to £45,000</li><li>Hybrid working - 3 days onsite in Stafford</li><li>Opportunity to work with modern technologies including Microsoft Fabric</li><li>Supportive, quality-driven team environment</li><li>Chance to contribute to meaningful analytics projects with real-world impact</li><li>Career development and opportunities to grow within a specialised analytics function</li></ul><p>This is just a brief overview of the opportunity.
