<p>Job Description</p><br>If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.<br><p>Role Purpose We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plasterer / Multi-Skilled Finisher to deliver a high standard of plastering, artexing, tiling, and decorative repairs across residential properties. You will play a key role in providing a right-first-time service, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and quality workmanship on every job.Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Carry out plastering, artexing, tiling, rendering, coving, and decorative works to internal and external areas.</li><li>Complete repairs and planned works within agreed timescales, aiming to resolve issues first time.</li><li>Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues regarding job progress and completion.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety legislation, including correct use of PPE, equipment, and COSHH controls.</li><li>Accurately record work completed, materials used, and job costs using electronic systems or handheld devices.</li><li>Apply a Schedule of Rates correctly, ensuring works are costed accurately.</li><li>Maintain stock levels and materials in the works vehicle in a cost-effective manner.</li><li>Keep the works vehicle clean, safe, and roadworthy, reporting any defects promptly.</li><li>Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota when required.</li><li>Support other trade colleagues as needed to deliver the best possible service.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Proven experience in plastering, artexing, tiling, rendering, and decorative works.</li><li>NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering (or equivalent time-served experience).</li><li>Experience working within a trade or maintenance team and meeting tight deadlines.</li><li>Ability to accurately record job details, materials, and costs.</li><li>Full UK driving licence.</li><li>Physically capable of manual, hands-on work.</li><li>Strong customer service skills and a professional approach. xwzovoh </li></ul><p>Please note: This role is subject to a satisfactory Basic DBS check.</p>
