<p><b>THE COMPANY</b></p><br>Apply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.<br> <p>Our client is a leading British prestigious arts organisation renowned across the globe, specialising in outstanding performances of traditional opera and new works.  </p> <p> </p> <p><b>THE ROLE</b></p> <p>As Philanthropy Manager, you will manage a portfolio of key philanthropic relationships and increase the value of the relationships with existing supporters.  </p> <p>Key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manages and strengthens relationships with philanthropists to ensure continued and increased support.</li> <li>Identifies new high-value prospects through tailored approach plans and collaboration with senior staff and Board members.</li> <li>Maximises income through new initiatives, events and creative fundraising opportunities such as Giving Circles and Production Syndicates.</li> <li>Encourages philanthropists to act as ambassadors, introducing potential new supporters to the organisation.</li> <li>Prepare funding proposals to secure new and renewed philanthropy.</li> <li>Organises visits, rehearsals and events to engage donors and inspire giving.</li> <li>Oversees accurate recording and administration of philanthropist data and correspondence.</li> </ul> <p><b>THE PERSON </b></p> <p>You should be a skilled and strategic fundraiser with a strong track record in philanthropy for major organisations. It is important to have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.</p> <p>Develop and deliver effective engagement plans while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.
