Hybrid working | Complex paediatric care | Clinical autonomy | Monday to Friday schedule Are you an experienced Childrens Nurse looking for a hybrid community role with greater autonomy and clear progression? This Paediatric Clinical Lead opportunity offers the chance to join a growing nurse-led complex care provider delivering high-quality care to children with complex needs across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.<br><br>All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.<br><br>The role would suit a Senior Paediatric Nurse, Community Childrens Nurse or Complex Care Nurse looking to progress into a senior community-based leadership position while maintaining a strong clinical focus.<br><br>As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will oversee community complex care packages, support clinical governance, complete assessments and ensure safe delivery of care within the home environment.<br><br>You will work closely with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams while supporting the mobilisation of new packages across the region.<br><br>Package & Benefits £45,000 to £48,000 per annum.<br><br>Hybrid working with 2 days working from home.<br><br>Monday to Friday hours.<br><br>No nights or weekend working.<br><br>Clear progression into senior clinical leadership roles.<br><br>Supportive and quality-focused working environment.<br><br>Ongoing clinical development and training opportunities.<br><br>About the Company This established nurse-led complex care provider has more than 10 years experience delivering specialist community care services for children with complex health needs.<br><br>The organisation is recognised for its person-centred approach, strong clinical standards and supportive working culture.<br><br>The Role The Paediatric Clinical Lead will oversee and support community-based paediatric complex care packages across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.<br><br>You will take responsibility for clinical oversight, governance, staff competency and safe package mobilisation while supporting children with a range of complex clinical needs including tracheostomy care, ventilation and enteral feeding.<br><br>Key Responsibilities Manage paediatric complex care packages across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.<br><br>Complete clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessments.<br><br>Deliver clinical training, competency assessments and staff supervision.<br><br>Support clinical governance and safe mobilisation of new care packages.<br><br>Work closely with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams.<br><br>Support care delivery involving tracheostomy care, ventilation, enteral feeding and other complex clinical interventions.<br><br>Maintain high standards of clinical compliance and documentation.<br><br>About You Registered Childrens Nurse (RSCN or RN Child) with an active NMC pin.<br><br>Experience within paediatric complex care in the community.<br><br>Previous senior, leadership or supervisory experience within childrens services.<br><br>Strong understanding of clinical governance and community care delivery.<br><br>Confident supporting and developing clinical care teams.<br><br>Full UK driving licence preferred.<br><br>This Paediatric Clinical Lead opportunity offers an excellent chance to join a growing provider where you can make a genuine impact while benefiting from hybrid working, autonomy and long-term progression.<br><br>If you are interested in applying for this Paediatric Clinical Lead position, please click apply or contact Ehsan at Leaders in Care on , quoting the reference number below.<br><br>An informal, confidential conversation is welcomed. xwzovoh <br><br>Reference: LICEA.
