You’ll be right in the middle of it — fixing problems on site, getting new products over the line, and making sure packaging actually works in the real world… not just on a spec sheet. You’ll be: <ul><li>Managing packaging development from concept through to launch</li><li>Working closely with design agencies on artwork, reprographics and print quality</li><li>Leading packaging trials and supporting product launches</li><li>Troubleshooting issues on site with QA and Operations</li><li>Managing packaging specs, compliance and ensuring everything is fit for purpose</li><li>Driving cost-saving and improvement projects without cutting corners</li><li>Building strong relationships with suppliers to stay ahead of trends</li></ul> What they’re looking for <ul><li>Solid experience in NPD packaging within food manufacturing</li><li>Someone who understands materials, films, xwzovoh and how packaging behaves in production</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with pretty much every department</li><li>A problem-solver — not someone who escalates everything at the first hurdle</li><li>Ideally degree-qualified with a packaging or food-related background</li></ul> If you enjoy the mix of technical detail, real-world problem solving, and seeing your work on shelf… you’ll like this.
