They have created an friendly and relaxed working environment in this practice, so you must have a friendly personality where you'd be able to build a strong rapport with not only the patients but also your colleagues. With longer testing times in practices (up to 40 minutes), to give you enough time to complete a thorough eye test and do your job to the best possible standard.
