Our client is looking for an experienced Site/ Operations Manager Food Manufacturing with experience in the food manufacturing industry,to lead and oversee the food production, warehousing, transportation, quality standards and customer delivery.<br><br>Make sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Manage and Lead all Departments in terms of Food production, Transportation, Equipment Processing, Stores/Warehouse, Dish-room, Quality Assurance/QHSE Compliance and Transportation<br>Monitor the staff training programmes and develop the team<br>Ensure production standards and customer service requirements are met<br>Lead and manage the senior leadership team<br>Continuous improvement<br>Support, assist and develop lean initiatives and quality initiatives to achieve operational efficiencies<br>Maintain customer communication and relationships<br>Manage projects within the Unit<br>Skills & requirements:<br>Bachelors in Operations Management, Business Management, xwzovoh or related field.<br>Experience incatering or foodmanufacturing, logistics, or food industry indirectly managing 250+ level employees<br>Operational understanding of HACCP, COSHH, DVLA requirements<br>Must be an ambitions and driven individual<br>Have excellent communication skills<br>Full UK driving license
