The Recruitment Crowd are a leading recruitment agency renowned for its dedication to matching top talent with exceptional opportunities.<br><br>We specialise in recruiting for a wide range of industries, and now were expanding our team to include an Onsite Account Manager for our Transport Division.<br><br>Role Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Onsite Account Manager to join our team and work onsite with one of our esteemed clients.<br><br>As the Onsite Account Manager, you will be responsible for liaising directly with our client to fulfil all bookings, recruit, vet, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.<br><br>Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible hours to suit the needs to the business.<br><br>Pay Rate: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum, dependant on experience.<br><br>Location: Rugby, CV23.<br><br>Job Type : Permanent, internal.<br><br>Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the clients management team to understand their staffing needs and requirements.<br><br>Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.<br><br>Coordinate and fill all bookings in a timely manner, ensuring that staffing levels meet the clients demands.<br><br>Conduct thorough candidate assessments and background checks to ensure compliance with client specifications and industry regulations.<br><br>Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.<br><br>Collaborate with internal teams to optimise recruitment strategies and enhance overall service delivery.<br><br>Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate client meetings and candidate availability, including occasional out-of-hours work.<br><br>Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the logistics or transport sector, is highly desirable.<br><br>Strong understanding of logistics operations and the ability to assess candidate suitability based on industry-specific requirements.<br><br>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.<br><br>Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>A valid drivers licence and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.<br><br>Flexibility to work outside regular office hours to meet business demands<br>- Including a weekend on-call rotational rota.<br><br>Benefits Competitive salary, dependant on experience.<br><br>Technology purchase benefit.<br><br>Flexible working hours.<br><br>Video GP.<br><br>Employee assistance Line (financial, legal and wellbeing with 24/7 access).<br><br>Employee discount scheme.<br><br>25 days annual leave, plus statutory public holidays.<br><br>Charity opportunities.<br><br>Cycle to work scheme. xwzovoh <br><br>If you are interested in this position then please APPLY today!
