Office & Operations Manager<br><br>While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.<br>Location: Reading, Berkshire<br>Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE<br>Hours: Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm | Office-Based<br><br>We are recruiting for a well-established and growing organisation within the business services sector who are seeking a highly organised, proactive and people-focused Office & Operations Manager to join their friendly team of around 15 staff.<br><br>This is a varied and dynamic role combining office management, executive support, HR administration, and team engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office while helping to maintain a positive, collaborative and motivated workplace culture.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and ensure efficient operations<br>Manage staff holiday, attendance, and HR administration records<br>Provide PA-style support to the business owner/director<br>Coordinate office processes and improve internal systems where needed<br>Manage car parking arrangements and general office logistics<br>Liaise with external charitable and community organisations<br>Support and organise employee engagement initiatives and team activities<br>Help maintain a positive office culture and strong team morale<br>Assist with onboarding new starters and general staff support<br>Ensure the office remains well-organised, professional, and welcoming<br>Ideal Candidate<br>Previous experience in Office Management, Operations, PA, or Business Support<br>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities<br>Confident communicator with a friendly and xwzovoh approachable manner<br>Comfortable liaising with staff, senior stakeholders, and external partners<br>Naturally people-focused with a positive, energetic attitude<br>Able to build strong relationships and contribute to team culture<br>Highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused<br>Competent with Microsoft Office and general office systems.<br>If you’re an organised, upbeat and capable professional who enjoys making an office run smoothly while supporting people and culture, we’d love to hear from you, apply directly or call
