This role offers a nurturing and stimulating environment where you can contribute significantly to the early development and care of young children. We are looking for passionate individuals who are primarily Level 3 qualified in Early Years education. Level 2 are also needed so please do not hesitate to apply if you are level 2 qualified.</p><p>Day-to-day of the role:</p><ul><li>Normal working hours of 8:00 -17:00</li><li>Provide high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS standards.</li><li>Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children and families.</li><li>Support children through play-based learning, structured activities, and outdoor exploration.</li><li>Observe, support, and encourage children’s development and learning.</li><li>Carry out personal care routines with comfort.</li><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive nursery ethos.</li></ul><p>Required Skills & Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 2 will also be considered).</li><li>Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.</li><li>A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to childcare.</li><li>Availability to work 3–5 days per week.</li><li>A genuine passion for early childhood development.</li></ul><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Hourly pay ranging from £14.63 - £16.35 per hour.</li><li>Weekly pay.</li><li>Competitive hourly rates.</li><li>Ongoing work with a nursery that is increasingly using Reed's services.</li><li>Strong chance of a permanent role for the right candidate.</li><li>24/7 support from your dedicated Reed consultant.</li><li>Access to training and CPD opportunities. xwzovoh </li></ul><p>If you’re an Early Years Practitioner looking for consistent work in the Kirkham / Fylde area and you meet the qualifications listed above, we’d love to hear from you.
