Nurse Case Manager Business Development<br><br>Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.<br>We are recruiting two Nurse Case Manager Business Development roles for a high-quality, nurse-led complex care provider delivering specialist adult and paediatric care in the community.<br><br>This role suits a Registered Adult Nurse or Paediatric Nurse with complex care experience who is confident working with commissioners and external stakeholders and is looking to combine clinical expertise with commercial responsibility.<br><br>Salary and Benefits<br>£55,000 basic salary<br>Up to £20,000 OTE<br>Additional commission per package<br>Travel allowance<br>Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm<br>Hybrid working model<br>Full induction and onboarding programme<br><br>Location<br>London and surrounding counties<br>South London office base<br>Hybrid office and field-based role<br>Drivers essential<br><br>Role Overview<br>As a Nurse Case Manager Business Development , you will work in a 70 percent business development and 30 percent mobilisation capacity, coordinating between commissioners, clinical teams and operations.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Develop and manage relationships with Local Authorities, ICBs, hospitals and case managers<br>Secure new complex care packages across adult and paediatric services<br>Lead packages from referral through assessment and mobilisation<br>Coordinate internal clinical and operational stakeholders<br>Attend meetings, events and networking forums to support growth<br>Use CRM systems effectively, HubSpot experience beneficial<br><br>Requirements<br>Registered Nurse RGN or RSCN<br>Active NMC registration<br>Experience in complex care in the home, brain injury or learning disability services xwzovoh <br>Strong understanding of commissioning pathways<br>Confident communicator with external stakeholders<br>Full UK driving licence<br>Right to work in the UK.
