Nurse Advisor Continence Care (Field Based)

It involves regular travel and direct, on-site engagement with clinical teams.<br>This is not a remote or home-based position.<br>Nurse Advisor (Field Based) Continence Care South of England (current focus: London & South East)<br>The Role:<br>Deliver training and education to nursing and care teams<br>Support product trials, evaluations, and implementation into practice<br>Provide on-site clinical support across hospitals, community services, and care homes<br>Work in partnership with clinical teams to support improvements in continence care and appropriate product use<br>Support implementation following contract awards and product conversions<br>Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting in practice<br>Act as a clinical point of contact for continence-related education and product use<br>Build effective working relationships with clinical and procurement teams<br>Work closely with internal sales and marketing colleagues, providing clinical input and insight from the field<br>What is Required:<br>Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN<br>Experience within continence care, community nursing, or a related clinical setting<br>Continence experience desirable, though full training will be provided for the right candidate<br>Confident delivering training and presentations in clinical environments<br>Able to engage with ward and community teams and support change in practice<br>Comfortable working independently, managing a territory and planning own workload<br>Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility with clinicians and procurement teams<br>Awareness of the NHS environment and ability to work alongside commercial teams appropriately<br>Willing and able to travel regularly across the South of England xwzovoh <br>Full UK driving licence<br>What we Offer:<br>A field-based role with responsibility for your own territory and day-to-day planning<br>Direct engagement with NHS teams across acute and community settings<br>The opportunity to influence practice and support improvements in continence care<br>Structured training, support, and ongoing development within a specialist area<br>Exposure to both clinical practice and commercial healthcare environments<br>A growing organisation where your contribution is recognised and has a direct impact<br>Competitive salary and package aligned to the role<br>To applyplease send your CV along with a covering note by using the apply button
