<p><strong>New Business Sales Exec | Permanent | £80,000 - £100,000 (double OTE)</strong></p><p><br><br>All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.<br></p><p>Peaple Talent have partnered with a client in the South West looking to recruit for a New Business Sales Executive.</p><p><br></p><p>Due to the nature of what our client does, they are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience selling CCAAS solutions or similar.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proactively identify new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social media channels </li><li>Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients </li><li>Prepare and deliver tailored presentations on products and services </li><li>Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences </li><li>Manage negotiations, close deals, and effectively handle objections or concerns </li><li>Oversee active implementations, providing support and escalation where required </li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at an executive level </li><li>Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers </li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of our client’s portfolio </li><li>Stay informed and actively engaged in the contact centre and customer service industry</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Experience Required:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Demonstrated success in a New Business Sales or similar role </li><li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills </li><li>Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-regional organisations </li><li>In-depth knowledge of Unified Communications, Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS), and omnichannel solutions </li><li>Solid understanding of contact centre and customer service operations </li><li>Genuine interest in technology and innovation </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong executive presence </li><li>Proactive mindset with a strong bias for action </li><li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Services) </li><li>Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools </li><li>Highly developed xwzovoh analytical and problem-solving capabilities </li><li>Well-organised, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) </li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently, while knowing when to seek input or feedback </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment </li><li>Good understanding of marketing principles and negotiation techniques </li><li>Experience maintaining accurate sales pipelines and forecast</li><li>Familiarity with key platforms such as NICE, Zendesk, and Gamma </li><li>High-level awareness of partner solutions including Sycurio, Digital Genius, Ada, Omilia, and Lifesize </li><li>Experience using CRM systems</li></ul>
