This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established engineering team within a business that continues to invest in its people, processes, and technology.</p><p>As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production equipment across the site. Working in a 12-hour shift pattern (days and nights) you’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance, helping to minimise downtime, and maximise operational efficiency.</p><p>Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer - Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of automated production machinery</li><li>Diagnose faults and carry out electrical and mechanical repairs efficiently</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance</li><li>Work collaboratively with production teams to reduce downtime and improve output</li><li>Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and site standards</li><li>Contribute to root cause analysis and implement corrective actions</li></ul><p>Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer - About You:</p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within a highly automated manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong electrical engineering background xwzovoh and relevant qualifications</li><li>Experience working with automated or high-speed machinery is essential</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment</li><li>Proactive approach with a strong focus on reliability and continuous improvement</li><li>Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND or equivalent)</li></ul><p>If you’re a skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and growing environment, we’d love to hear from you.</p>
